Pilates | Private and Semi-Private Sessions
With focused, personal attention to your body and its particular
fitness needs, a Studio instructor will guide you to increased
body awareness and core strength. Semi-private sessions are
available at a slightly reduced fee for those clients who want to
continue sessions with a partner of similar experience.
Group Reformer Classes
Utilizing the Reformer, the primary piece of Pilates equipment,
small groups of students are led through 55 minutes of
choreographed exercises developed for specific levels. To join a
group class a minimum of three introductory private sessions,
offered at a significantly discounted rate, is required.
Mat Classes
Traditional Pilates mat (floor) exercises are performed with and
without the aid of flexbands, fitness circles, rollers and other
small apparatus. These classes teach the principles of Pilates in the context of an
invigorating, body-balancing workout.
Physical Therapy
Full physical therapy services are available, and most insurance is
accepted. The Studio offers manual therapy methods combined
with Pilates techniques.
Private Yoga
Initiate a private practice or refine your existing practice! Receive individual guidance on alignment, breath, appropriate poses and meditation. These sessions are based on Anusara-inspired Yoga which beautifully blends sound alignment principles with the grace of the human spirit.
