Our Policies
Welcome to our vibrant community of wellness professionals! Before you begin, we ask that you familiarize yourself with an important pillar of our business- our policies.
We take pride in offering you outstanding service. Our policies allow us to do this.
Scheduling
You will notice that our classes and appointments fill quickly. If you would like to attend class on a regular basis we recommend that you schedule in advance via our online web scheduler. If you do not use the internet we would be happy to schedule you in person or over the phone. Please be sure to check your schedule on a regular basis, as our front desk is not able to take responsibility for scheduling classes.
You may sign up for classes up to 90 days in advance with a current package on account, or by prepaying for the number of sessions you wish to sign up for. If you prefer to pay per visit, you may only sign up for one class at a time.
Every class has a waiting list if you are unable to reserve a spot. You will receive an e-mail, phone call, or text message if a spot opens. Please confirm your attendance, as other clients may be waiting as well.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respectfully require a full 24 hours notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments and classes. Absentees and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. We value our time and ask that you do the same.
Class Policy
To insure that you receive the greatest benefit from your Pilates class, new clients are required to complete Three Introductory Private sessions before beginning group reformer classes. Please attend the level of class that your instructor has approved for you. Stress-free arrivals are encouraged, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early and sign in at the front desk. We request that you turn your cell phone off, refrain from chewing gum, and from wearing strong scents/perfumes. For the safety of all, anyone arriving to class more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted. Reserved spots that do not show, or show late, may be given to a standby client at the start of class time. |
