Pilates Space
Group Class Schedule


Beginning/Intermediate Reformer: A offers a full body workout focusing on proper technique, with an emphasis on precision and mastery of the basic principles and repertoire.

Mixed Level: This class offers an increased intensity from Beginner, with an expanded repertoire focusing on smooth transitions and flow of movement. Appropriate for intermediate/advanced students wanting further repertoire knowledge.

Intermediate/Advanced Reformer: This class offers an increased intensity from Beg/Int, with an expanded repertoire focusing on smooth transitions and flow of movement. Appropriate for transitioning intermediate students and advanced students wanting further repertoire knowledge.

Advanced +: Advanced Pilates repertoire at an invigorating pace. This adventuresome and challenging class is designed for the long time student of Pilates with no injuries. *Instructor permission required.

Reformer w/ Small Props: Challenges the whole body with Pilates exercises on both the Reformer and mat. Small props may be utilized such as Therabands, rings foam rollers and balls.

Pilates Mat: An invigorating non-apparatus class utilizing basic Pilates Principles based the original 34 mat exercises, which challenge balance, endurance, and coordination. Small props may be utilized, such as Therabands, rings, foam rollers, and balls.

Free Introduction to Pilates on the Reformer: A one time introductory class offered the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month for those interested in Pilates but want to try it before investing in a class. We will introduce you to the history of Joseph and Clara Pilates, explore a basic repertoire of Pilates exercises, as well as how to sign up for the appropriate session package for your body’s needs.

Mat classes are limited to ten people.  Group Reformer classes are limited to six people.
